How we do it
Our philosophy is based around the use of strategic partnerships and networks. Why? Because it provides flexible capacity, technical breadth and depth, and safety nets for our clients.
We are part of ebiz-ireland, a joint venture with other web design companies to share resources and skills. Each company supports each other and it gives much greater security to customers. Disaster-recovery is provided by a three-way spread of risk.
For bigger projects requiring large man-hour resources we are expert in the use of offshore outsourcing. Since 2002 we have been evaluating and using various development partners, and have built up a small select range of suppliers who can provide volume and focussed technical expertise.
What we use
We encourage the use of standards compliant web design techniques.
We build web solutions based around OpenSource software and commercial generic solutions. We dont believe in re-inventing the wheel. We believe in sourcing and assembling tried and trusted components, not building from the ground up.
For PC based applications we use MS Excel and MS Access to deliver low cost solutions that clients can own and adapt.
