This page shows any current or planned issues with your server in our data centre. We use several different servers. Yours is identified by a number (eg web13). You should be aware of this number, if not, contact Andrew Millar 02895 810216

There are 2 sorts of problem that can happen to any website.

  1. local to your server - this page should indicate any problem
  2. local to the website itself - phone us

If your site is down and nothing is mentioned on this page, contact us on 02895810216.

Mail Server Upgrades

Over the next week we will be upgrading our mail servers. This will mean that the IP addresses of the servers may also change. You should ensure that you always connect to the mail server using 'mail.yourdomain.com' rather than the IP address.
